Training Session - 01/13/07
In response to requests, we held a short new-member get-up-to-speed scrollsaw/fretsaw double-bevel method demonstration/training session on Saturday January 13, 2007 at The Sawdust Shop from 9am to 12 noon. Eight new members attended and were schooled in the craft.
Ken Horner gave the demo/talk and gave out lots of tips and hints along the way. Linda Salter and Dave Fifield helped out. Dave cut the same Moon-Mountain-Tree picture by hand fretsaw in the background along with Ken's lecture to show that method, while Ken cut the picture using a scollsaw.
